      I can't say enough great things about my experiences at United Community Bank. I have personal accounts accounts as well as a business account for a non-profit, and the staff at UCB is always willing and friendly when helping me with any questions or concerns that I have had. I highly recommend this bank at this specific location and others.

      This bank is a disappointment and I am closing my account. First, they charge a hidden fee for any outgoing ACH transfers that is NOT disclosed on their account agreements or listing of fees. Second, they now refuse to notarize most documents, including a POA form allowing a trusted family member to access the UCBI account. Third, they regularly have very long lines and tellers will often socialize with the person at their teller station while other customers wait. Fourth, I have twice had a customer who is using the Coinstar machine cut in front of a line of people to cash out their voucher and both times, the teller helped that line cutter rather than asking them to wait their turn and calling up the next customer. Finally, good luck getting any response from the branch manager when attempting to address concerns.

      Horrible experience!!!! Told my Husband they were closing MY account first if all. So then when I tried to call customer service they never returned my call. Said they sent me mail concerning the situation, it did not. So I call them back and then they tell ME that they're closing my account because I let my husband use it when they gave him info on MY account!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH!!!!!!
