      I love UCB in downtown Dawsonville! The entire staff is so nice and sweet. They're there for you anytime and willing to help with everything! Highly Recommend!

      This bank is better than major bank, so if you're comparing it to the likes of Bank of America then you will be impressed. UCB Dawsonville has friendly tellers and helpful staff. The problem with this bank is their security and low limited. Even with ACH, they won't let you transfer more than $2500 into your account per day, and $5,000/mo. I am talking about into your account from another approved and linked bank account. They won't raise their limits and they won't work with you. I haven't tried to have spending limits raised, but I would image that is impossible as well. This is coming from the branch manager. I appreciate security, but if you can't use the bank and put funds in the bank(my other bank is in another state), then its quite useless and frustrating. This bank has so much going for it, but management needs to be replaced.

      Opened an account and deposited my check on Friday. Never posted to my account saturday and now I'm stuck with no money till Monday when they open. Will be closing this account for the worst banking experience I have ever had
