      Been with this bank for years. My only account. On a Saturday afternoon at 3pm I tried to buy some chips at a local gas station. My card was declined 3x for $3.52.... the cashier said my card had been stolen. I told her obviously it hadn’t been since I had it in hand and tried to use it. I called the number on the back of my card and told the person what had happened to see if we could clear it up. He made me answer several security questions (which is great) and verified I was who I said I was and then told me that someone has accidentally reported my card stolen?????? I did not do this and I asked him to fix it as this is my only account and I would need money over the weekend and he said that he was sorry about my predicament but he couldn’t help me. I would have to wait until Monday to access MY money that United community banks messed up. I’ve closed my account with them and switched to Wells Fargo.
