      I have a loan through this bank. I was charged several hundred dollars and threatened for not having flood insurance when I was in a no flood zone. My insurance agent had to speak with them twice in addition to me speaking to them. I received frequent scamy emails regarding someone trying to access my online account (which I had) with incorrect information. When I called the number on my statement they just told me to call the number in the email. Apparently they did something right because I can no longer access my online account. They advise via mail only weeks after an issue has come up causing fees and send out incorrect statements. 10/10 do not recommend.
