      They need to hire people who want to work and not act like they struggle doing it in lack of communication and giving out wrong information when you call. Also go else where to get a loan because these people are so careless and with no knowledge especially from Daniel the Loan officer who doesn't not know what he is doing.

      Never responds to the contact us feature on their website, never responds to messenger or Facebook. Direct phone line to automated account information has been down a week, call to report got an attitude from who ever answered the phone.
