      Poor customer service I was making a payment for my parents and I’m not a member with them. I was trying to pay with a card and she got very annoyed she even asked the other lady if I can do a cash advance .The lady was even more frustrated and annoyed when she was told I could. Kept passing and sighing . If you don’t like your job just quit . No need for you to have an attitude while doing your job

      Very poor customer service. I visited this location today to open another account. I was told by the teller that I needed to see the person in the office. I waited for a long time while noticing that there was 4 people in the teller area. The lobby was practically empty. I asked again and no one in the teller area could help me. I finally left in frustration wondering why no one else was trained to assist me. It's such a huge waste of time and personnel.
