      Great bank with great customer service. When I had financial issues and had trouble making payments they worked with me to help me come current on payments. Great security on debit cards whenever a suspicious charge appears they block your card until you have a chance to talk to them after they notify you. I am very pleased with the services I received from united credit union

      The nice and seasoned people are gone and ever since they built the new facility they’ve lost the friendliness that UCU has become known for. Generic banking. Might as well be at the bank inside Walmart.
