      The customer service at both this Branch as well as the Spanish springs location is gone down dramatically. Procedures are never the same between any of the tellers, they are very inconsistent and don't seem very well trained. Well you may be able to do one thing at another Branch one way you are forced to do it another way at another branch, or are even told that something isn't possible to do when it is something I have done frequently. -EDITED Have to give credit where credit is due. Changing the rating from 1 to 3 stars as my experience here has improved. I have not experienced any of the issues that I listed previously. Will change to a 5 star after a few more successful visits.
