  After a very long and disappointing process with Quicken Loans we hesitantly started the process with United Fidelity. There were so many times we were misled, underinformed, not informed and even had people that were dishonest with us at times.....blaming the title company for paperwork they had not received when they had.....the list goes on. Our experience was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT with United Fidelity. Klayton Simmons and Apple Zaroor were the people we talked to and they were very helpful. Both employees were well informed, we were not transferred from here to there dealing with multiple people, they did not blame other people for any issues.....because there were none. They stayed on top of our process and we closed on time. After dealing with Quicken for months.....we closed right at 40 ish days. We would recommend this mortgage company to anyone....Friendly, Capable, and accountable are the three words I would use to describe the people mentioned above and now our dreams of owning a home are a reality!! Thank you Klayton and Apple.

  Very very poor experience! We have been wasting time with this company for the last 7 months with disappointments at every turn! The entire process was handled poorly, with us and our realtor doing the majority of the work such as finding our own comps, completing an appeal process ourselves only to have them not go through the appropriate steps and asking us to reach out to the 3rd party appraiser which is clearly against the law. Very disappointed to have to start over however happy to search for a competent lender. I’m not exactly sure how this company makes money if our experience with them is a true reflection of how they handle business!
