Knowing we were entering a competitive housing market, John made it clear early on that he would make himself available throughout the process. His actions spoke for themselves. Not only was he there for us to answer any and all questions we had, he also possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience that helped immensely as we weighed a variety of loan options. Moreover, when we had multiple offers going through a sellers’ market, John was super dependable to provide us quick turnarounds on pre-approval letters. Once we had an offer accepted and were in the contract process, John (again) was with us every step of the way.
