Every single person I have spoken to either in person or on the phone has been incredibly kind, pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful. Coming from someone who works in Quality Assurance at a call center, all of the staff on phones are exceptional! I have felt genuinely valued as a member and highly recommend this credit union.       Great at first until they start charging you fees left and right. Been with them three years and it's been the worst banking experience I've ever had. You get the occasional helpful person but most lie to you and don't take responsibility for UHCU's mistakes.
