I don’t actually bank here, yet. I was in the area getting ready to move and only went to this location becaus it was the closest one that was on the co-op with my credit union to deposit a check I received. We walked in minutes before closing expecting it to be fast but we ran in to issues (fully on our end!). The nice young woman working in the lobby took the time to help us get detailed information and access to our account with our usual bank just to ensure we were taken care of before we left, even though it kept us (and the unfortunate, nice young lady) in the lobby more than half hour past closing. We didn’t even receive that level of care from our bank when we called them from that lobby. Once we’re settled in we’ll be moving to this credit union just because of the service she gave us today.

Have been banking with UHCU for over 10 years and this branch consistently messes up their service for me. I just spent 10 minutes in the drive thru attempting to deposit money and checks. The form box was completely empty so I called the teller and asked for a form. She did not send one back for over 10 minutes, and I had a screaming baby in the car so I left without depositing. Terrible customer service.
