  I've been banking with them for a long time, so has my family, but they aren't very helpful they don't seem to actually trust their members either, my best friend (with the same credit history as me) got approved for her first personal loan for 20k from a different bank and she isn't even a memeber, now I tried getting a simple 4k loan to help me move and they tried offering me 1k paid over 4 years with no help at all after. I think that's a bit ridiculous but that's ok my money can go to a different bank instead, I do not recommend banking here. You have to have separate websites, apps, to pay your credit card but everything else can be done on your app, the app itself isn't very bright and is very confusing, it also doesn't have a lot of features other banks do have, credit union or not this bank is not good and doesn't deserve my money, I will be closing my accounts soon and stepping away from them, after I believe 4 years of working with them and using them and even asking for help from them I've given up and I'm moving to a different bank.

  Overall had a great experience getting my Home Equity Line of Credit through UHCU. From start to finish the process was seamless and I felt confident with each step. Everyone I spoke with was professional and I have absolutely zero regrets choosing UHCU. They get a gold star from me.
