      We’ve worked with Keith now for several years and it’s always a pleasure to deal with him and his team. I was on the fence as to selling our investment property to buy some land by the coast to build a second home on. One call to Keith and he had a solution where I could keep my investment property, and the long term gains of holding it, but take cash out now so I could purchase the land as well. As he’s done several times before, he gave us several options, walked us through the whole process, and got us quickly to closing.       please do not do business with this "mortgage company" which after your loan gets approved will never ever pick up their phones or even tell you how the accept payments, INSANE you will be waiting on the phone for hours and "leaving a message for a call back" which will never ever happens
