  I was referred to Sheela at United Mortgage Mart after I had been to 3 other mortgage brokers. I was just about to give up trying to get a mortgage. The other lenders told me my situation was very difficult and they would not be able to help me. Sheela gave me hope! She said it would be difficult to get me approved, but she was willing to take on the challenge and do her best! Sheela is clearly a master at what she does! She is hardworking, honest, intelligent, and is an expert on mortgage loans, even difficult situations. Sheela walked me through the entire process, communicating with me every step. She knew this was a very emotional situation for me to become a homeowner again and she did not let me down!
