This by far is the best pawn shop I've been to, I went in the other day and Matt was able to get me exactly what I was looking for!

Very low and unfair appraisals. I took in a brand new Benchmade Bushcrafter knife; never used and still in the box with a leather sheath in addition to the kydex sheath that came with it from the factory. Furthermore, the knife in this model (EOD-1) has since been discontinued, adding to its value. You will struggle to find this knife online for any less that $250 without the extra sheath. The true value of this knife is between $250-$280. I was needing a $100 loan on the knife and was offered an insulting $60!! As a pawn shop, knowledgeable and fair appraisals are essential to the business. I certainly didn't receive that. When asked why their loan offer was so low given the value and condition of the knife, I was told that they found one on Ebay for $140. This was determined to be a lie after I looked myself. I really didn't need to look, because I an a knife officiando and acid collector; therefore, I know the market. I will not do business with them in the future, and would recommend looking somewhere else to pawn if you are looking for a fair deal. I guess stores like this rely on ignorance or desperation to close their crooked deals. What a shame!
