      This is not the bank for you if you ever need any kind of customer support. I have been calling and emailing a request to be called back for days now. It took 4 hours this morning to get someone on the phone who was immediately rude to me saying “you need to follow our process”—— yes I know that that is why I was calling to find out what the process is!! I have paid my car loan off and am requesting my title to be sent to me immediately as I live out of state and the title is now my possession. They want me to pay for secure shipping and to expedite it or they would just send it in the regular mail. If it gets lost it is not their responsibility pretty much is what I was told. It is extremely frustrating and unprofessional for a banking institution to not have a working phone number for their clients to call about their money and their accounts. I would not reccomend this banking institution to anyone. Maybe they need to hire more people to help with call volume and inquiries.
