      Having an account with UT has been a breath of fresh air. A much better overall experience in comparison to the typical large banking institution that couldn't care less about your business. Evaline made the process of setting up my account easy and stress free. I'm very satisfied with the service, available products and online tools. Glad to have made the change.

      The worst bank ever 😫. Don't use. There to small and never have anyone available that can actually help you with issues. There card service is even worse. I hate to say it but go with a bigger bank.

      This credit union has charged late fees on my mothers account and she is deceased. Her account was supposed to be stop of all activity when I reported her death. Also they will not release her monies from her savings and I was her POA, Executor and Beneficiary and needless to say her daughter who has been taking care of her affairs for years. I gave them everything they asked for and went through surrogate office and I still do not have her funds. They have no respect for those who lose a parent and they give you the hardest time when they should have a heart for people who are already going through. They also made my sister come back 3 times and she lost her husband and still took some of her money that was due to her. I use to like this credit union until this moment when they could not have a heart in the worst time that i need them to care and just make the process easier.
