  Since 2012 I have been a member with the United Texas Credit Union (UTCU). As a Business Owner, I often noticed quality customer service, in all industries, is becoming a rare commodity. At the UTCU Northwest Branch (Braun Office) genuine quality customer service is prevalent and thriving and is further accentuated with staff professionalism; Ms. Marcy Trevino, Operations Supervisor and Mr. Adolfo Martinez, UTCU Branch Manager. As proof of the Northwest Branch professional customer service, I will share my recent bad dealership car purchase experience. This May 2022, I purchased and financed a car from a dealership. After the purchase, I recognized that I blundered! I then visited with the UTCU Branch Manager, Mr. Adolfo Martinez, for advice. He provided solutions and took action to minimize my “projected” financial lost. With his tutelage and my consent, the car was refinanced. He recommended I purchased the UTCU Multi-Shield Protection Package instead of the dealership protection package. Mr. Martinez suggestion saved me $4663.00. With the combined savings of $4663.00 and a low interest rate resulted a total projected savings of $12,600.00. The impact of his tutelage, experience and wisdom is lifelong which I now share with my family and UTCU referrals. Thank you for allowing a most satisfied customer to applaud the staff at the UTCU Northwest Branch, Mr. Adolfo Martinez, Branch Manager and Ms. Marcy Trevino, Operations Supervisor.
