      It was a pleasure to work with Mr Gordon Chin in purchasing our new vehicle. While it was not possible to directly finance the purchase through United Texas CU due to constraints imposed by the dealer in order to secure an intransit vehicle, Mr. Chin made the process of refinancing the vehicle very easy. He went out of his way to accommodate us and answered all of our questions. He led us though all of the forms and we were able to complete them online. We are definitely very pleased and would return to Mr Chin for financing any vehicle purchase. Mr Chin deserves the highest rating possible and we would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to finance or refinance their vehicle purchase.

      Gordon was very knowledgeable and prompt in getting my auto loan processed. Robert helped as well with the warranty paperwork. This is my third auto loan here and would rhighly ecommend them.

      They don't offer a contactless card. A huge oversight. I'd be using the card a lot more if it was contactless.

      Mr. Feen - Thank you for your feedback on our Bank-to-Bank Transfer service. Our setup process for this service contains an extra step to ensure the security of your account. When this service is enabled, funds can be transferred in both directions. When you setup an electronic payment with most credit card companies, the funds can only be transferred from your account to your credit card account.
