      They always round up the juice when cashing my check. .50 and up, fine round to the next dollar, but .49 and down, they should round down. Not these crooks. This place has also run out of cash to cash checks a few times over the past year leaving people stuck with their tale between their legs until the next day unless they went elsewhere. Laughable

      Beware!horrible customer service!I paid off my loan 6months ago and they stillllll DID NOT GIVE ME BACK MY TITLE!they have been giving me the run around for months!lawsuit!!!!!

      We have been highly rated in customer service since inception. We've had zero complaints. As far as returning Titles we ALWAYS return them in a timely fashion. There are times however when the state (usually PA) has the title and takes several weeks, sometimes months to return them to us. This is obviously beyond our control.
