One of the few branches that is actually staffed with Real, direct contact people. And those poor Staffers are seriously overwhelmed by the number of clients waiting. This branch is inside Walmart & I've never seen it with less than 5 people waiting in line. Clients have to stand in the middle of the thoroughfare for Walmart shopping cart traffic & it's really crummy all the way around.

AC, we appreciate you sharing this information with us. We have shared this with our manager at our Walmart branch and our leadership team. There are times when we are busier than others and during those times we can get backed up as we do our best to give each member our full and best attention. Since this branch is a smaller location with limited space, there are times when members can get lined up. We apologize for any inconvenience this places on our members and shoppers in the store. To help us reduce these high traffic times, we've recently installed a PTM (Personal Teller Machine) at our Walmart location. This full service PTM is staffed by a team of our employees during business hours who appear on the screen to assist you. After hours, the PTM is capable of doing almost any transaction a teller can do by using your debit card. This gives our members 24/7 access to their accounts.
