      S. Rubi Pacheco, that sounds like a "you" problem and tbh, kinda sketchy on your behalf. Why wouldnt you keep your reciepts??? You should always keep your reciepts until the car is paid off AND the title is transfered to you. Heck, you should probably keep them for a good year after you payoff the loan to be safe.

      We purchased a car and have had nothing but issues since. They won’t return calls, they don’t answer at the office, they’re trying to tell us we owe the previous owners parking tickets after telling us they were sending us the title. They have yet to release the title even though the car itself is paid off! We will be getting the police involved, and will also be starting a lawsuit against this company. I have already filed complaints with BBB and the AG. Companies like this should NOT be in business, taking advantage of people during a pandemic is absolutely absurd and frankly quite disgusting!

      They find every little reason to surcharge. I felt I was even being charged just for listening. Both vehicles back to back with issues. A charge for a payout. A charge here and there. Dont waste ur time here.
