I've been using UCCU for as long as they have been Unitus. I've always found the tellers to be friendly and efficient. They provide full services, equity loans, cashier checks, etc. Thanks for providing a safe and low overhead savings and checking service.

Used them twice. The first time, I believe we were overbooked because all representatives were busy. Thankfully, the front receptionist promptly took care of our needs and apologized for the inconvenience. The second time, I called to get a new temporary password, and the person who answered the phone must be a third party service or something because she was dull and rude, and unable to send me a new temporary password after ten minutes of repeating the same questions without "talking to her supervisor".
