      I would never refer or recommend this bank or whatever you call them to anyone. Total lack of leadership, transparency and they participate in borderline unethical behavior. From cars to small business and agriculture their internal processes are NOT costumer friendly . They have outdated staff, business practices and their operational support is far from being adequate. I would leave and not look back. They somehow seem to believe that if they limit your access to information that they can keep your business. If you haven't experienced this, you will. Hopefully you leave before it happens. Don't do any real estate with them. Before you know it they will some how make it seem like they are superior... nothing but a clown show at best..
