      Had an issue with my online account password and recovery email and when calling the associate at the Blodgett location I was given help with much ease. I was frustrated to a great extent about my situation and was easily guided and given the proper information as to how to recover what was needed. That customer service was immaculate!

      They need to so some serious updates. No one ever answers the phone. I don't drive so I need to make payments online but you can't if you aren't a member this credit union is pretty old school.
