Stopped in shortly before closing time-to open a business account which requires a ton of extra paperwork. While I travel extensively, I had the required papers on my end and Sandy went out of her way to get required documents from me /signatures while I was there and finished setup during next business hours. Great service here that I can’t get at the “big banks”. Been a U1 customer for 22+ years.

Brittney is by far the rudest teller I have ever met in my life. Universal one has repeadetly made mistakes for the past 5 years. Brittney just sealed the deal with her attitude. Do not choose this company to do your banking. You will regret it.
