      Very helpful staff. Always call me by name, can never do enough for me. My financial advisor is awesome. Always makes me feel like I am his best customer, will speed as much time as I need never rushed.

      I wish I could give this business ZERO stars. Absolutely atrocious customer service and a joke for a financial institution. From day one trying to establish a guardian account to having to deal with them further more not by choice I might add. Rude, poor business management, and absolutely disgusting how they deal with upset customers as well. Run far away from this one folks. Not worth your sure to be wasted time.

      Super inconvenient and unfriendly staff who don’t try to help you. I went to a credit union looking for a community feeling and get treated like a low-rent bank. Their culture seems very dysfunctional where one hand doesn’t talk with the other. They have never returned an email nor a phone call to me when I have left messages after hours. They have cut me off to funds even after I left them a message letting them know I’d be traveling. Very disorganized. Fortunately we have other choices for credit unions locally and I will be switching to one of them soon.
