  I have worked with Universal Capital on multiple projects in the past and have always had a great experience. Their process is very easy and they have a knowledgeable team. Draw requests are simple and I never felt as though I needed to jump through hoops to keep a project moving in a positive direction. I highly recommend Universal Capital.

  Thanks to Universal Capital my dream of becoming a real estate flipper finally came true! I went through an A-Z list of hard money lenders who wouldn’t give me the time of day until I reached Keith at UC. I didn’t have much to work with for my first house financially, but I did have a good deal that I brought to them. Stacey and Rob had faith in the numbers and had faith in me. My first house sold for 57k MORE than my initial list price! They are the reason I am where I am today. I have one house ready to list after renovations with UC, one I’m going to refinance with them, and another I’m about to purchase with them! They are very easy to work with (application process, draw requests, inspections, quick approvals for new deals) & are genuinely looking out for your best interest to get in and out of the houses fast. Working with Universal Capital has been a blessing!

  Working with Universal Capital has always been an great experience. They are extremely knowledgeable in the real estate market and housing market as a whole compared to some other hard money lender’s we have entertained. They are phenomenal as far as getting funds over to us in a timely manner, very supportive in the work our company does and have always closed in our strict time frames.
