  Finding a pre settlement lawsuit loan company can sometimes be a difficult thing but I can tell you that Paul and Jackie at Universal funds have done nothing but help me throughout this process I borrowed $70,000 from them in 2020 with no bank would even consider giving me a personal loan in my time of need and in fact no other lawsuit loan company would consider giving me money at that point in my life ,Paul can sometimes be cantankerous but he is straight-up honest and concise Jackie is nothing but smiles every time I speak to her she is a genuinely nice person ,and some of the reviews that I've read on this platform are just not fair these are honest people in a tough business, keep in mind that these loans are extended with zero collateral and if plaintiffs like myself lose the case ,they get nothing ,it's a high-risk business where a couple bad bets can literally put a business out of business . I was fortunate enough to have an opportunity to work with these people at this company they have always been considerate and honest I haven't always got what I want, but they are very respectful and courteous at all times. Another thing about Universal that I found to be unique and very beneficial is that when you contact Universal you can actually speak to a decision maker Paul makes decisions on a day-to-day basis and his colleagues respect his opinion so when Paul makes a decision it happens and that is in direct contrast to most pre settlement funding companies that go through a committee and an underwriter and five different channels before you actually see the money with universal and Paul at least you get a bottom-line decision when you speak to him you know what's going on a plaintiff doesn't have to wait weeks for a decision or days even Paul makes that decision with expeditious efficiency you may not like the decision or you may like it but no matter what you get some closure and you get an answer and that is very very beneficial when a person needs answers and they need money fast
