Mediocre is the perfect word to describe UK Federal Credit Union. The customer service is virtually non-existent, their mobile app looks as if it was built circa 2005 and their online payment portal works about 60% of the time. Every simple transaction at this bank seems to be a huge undertaking in verification, waiting, further verification and waiting for another phone call. Let me give you an example, a few months ago, my wife needed to renew her debit card. I kid you not, she was waiting for 2 and a half hours for help. Should your account gets hacked or you notice strange charges, best of luck reaching somebody to help you. When there are hundreds of other banks to choose from in Lexington, KY, I cannot recommend this place to anyone for their banking needs.

Stay away from Irma Rivera/Jaime Rivera which ever she presents herself as. She has been absolutely no help she won’t let me speak to a supervisor has told me multiple times she’d have one call me just to get me off the phone. I take it they don’t have anyone monitor or coach them on how they handle customers or she wouldn’t have a job. She is absolutely 0 help and a nightmare to deal with. Has held up my business for over a week now being difficult.
