Opened a savings and checking account all without leaving my car due to all this Covid-19 stuff going on. Was surprisingly quick and I didn't have an appointment at all even received my debit card on the spot. Great bank so far Customer Service is great as well beings I locked myself out trying to enroll in online banking.

Be warned their mobile banking is horrible to use. I get rejected more times then it accepts my checks. Their work around is to use a blank paper to write “for mobile deposit only” and it still rejects it half the time then after many failed attempts will magically approve it. Horrible experience and I’ve voiced this more than once. I have 0 issues with other banks that I work with doing mobile deposit but Univest I literally cringe every time I have to do it. It’s often faster to drive to the bank. Univest you really need to do better.

The staff at the Hatfield location helped me out while I was in a tough spot with my other bank that is supposed to be catered to veterans... The staff are polite, courteous, and great problem solvers.
