      I was first introduced to this bank 6 years ago. My century 21 agent had a deal with them to write mortgages. They gave me a good rate. I got a consumer loan from them about 3 years ago which I just paid off in March. I would say their rates are good but their hours are not. As far as staff, they have been good to ok. Loan people were good, tellers were ok.

      The manager nd cashiers are rude they refused to cash my check which belongs to their univest bank the check was my weekly payroll i would give them 0 star.
