  I highly recommend Sandra Zuniga with Up Equity for your loan when buying a home. I started working with a different lender who was nothing problems, he was not able to aprove me and ended up askimg for more money down. He was actually charging fees that i was not aware of and if I had any questions he would just get irritated and would make me feel like I was bugging him. I ended up switching lenders and I was lucky to find Sandra zuniga with Up Equity. Sandra not only got me aproved for my loan but also she was able to do in a very short window of time. When I switch to Sandra we only had 17 days to close on our house we were buying. She was able to expedite the process with no problems, she was very knowledegeable and optimistic about my situation. She gave me her word that we were gonna be able to close on our deal and she worked hard until the last minute to get us aproved and ready to close. If I had a question Sandra would effectively explain the process and cheer me up to not give up. If you are going through the same situation I was I encourage you to give Sandra the opportunity to help with getting your dream home.   I am absolutely grateful to have worked with Sandra Zuniga from Upequity. She went above and beyond for my clients and was able to get my clients approved in 10 days !! ( almost unheard of in lending) We were previously working with another lender and they could not approve my client, while we were under contract, and somehow she managed to get us to the closing table in without any hiccups Or I having to ask for an extension for closing. I will definitely be working with her again and again! Thank you so much Sandra !!!
