As a first-time home buyer and kinda feel like fate brought Uptown Funding and I together! A house I was looking at was being funded by Uptown and I decided to give them a shot and QUICKLY switched over them after speaking with Dana. She was professional, kind, responsive and always on the ball. She got me the best rate, drastically reducing my monthly payments in comparison to the other company I had been working with. Then I was introduced to Amie Stuteville for the underwriting process! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amie. Most people dread this part of the process, there is SO MUCH paperwork and back and forth, but Amie made it such a positive experience.
