WORST customer service EVER. I think the guy in charge has issues with feeling inferior because he made it a point to try and shame me by not allowing me into his store again - like I would EVER come back. If you are still reading, maybe you want the whole story: My husband pawned an Apple computer for a whopping $150. We tried to pay the fee online - no luck. They only want payments in cash and in person. My husband called them and told them I would come and pay and pick up the computer. They said ok. Then, I get there, (TEN MINUTES LATER) and it's a BIG HASSLE because I don't have the ticket and they are afraid I am some EX-WIFE trying to steal my husband's stuff, even though he had JUST CALLED THEM. Then, they finally agree to allow me to pay for the computer and take it, but because I COMPLAINED about the hassle, the little "man" with major superiority issues had to tell me that he is not going to let me take it, even AFTER they took my $180!!!!! He literally THREW my cash back to me - some of it landing on the floor. Whatever - I am sure they make enough money and don't care about one negative review. I am just telling YOU - the CONSUMER - that you have options...like Albuquerque Pawn or Doc Holliday's. Make it count and send your business to people who CARE about customer service. You should not be taken advantage of or treated like a second-class citizen because you have one rough month financially.
