      This is the worst customer service not just from thisocation but all URW LOCATIONS its almost like they have been trained to be rude. You ask for a managerabd they are obviously too friendly with their associates to rhe piint if there being no coaching to how importantthe customers are and the service they give. Management should be able to handle the disciplineand have the discussions needed to keep the staff from causing us to move our money i will be there first thing monday morning and be going to state employees
