  Don’t like Columbia SC store at all the men there have bad attitudes the manager at the front door has a real bad attitude the car I brought didn’t have floor mats, car jack, spare tire and he told me that’s on me really. You buying a $21,000 car with none of the accessories in it. I will never go back to that store the men there act like women with attitudes. I love the Florence Stor

  Where do I began… I purchased a car from this dealership, (Columbia SC Location) Ms. Williamson was very helpful with the process. I originally went with this place because of a few people I know in different states that have brought cars from them. So, I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus and I loved that the store manager worked with me because I originally did not have my full down payment amount (short 100$). Anyways, 4 days into me buying the car (still well in my warranty/exchange rights according to my contract that was throughly read by the store manager in front of me, and when I got home with my parents. The APR rate is definitely a rip off, I knew with me having bad credit it would be alot, but paying back 3x more than the car eventually was terrible, but it was fine with me because i’d just refinance after a few on time payments. The car breaks down as I’m heading home from a night shift 4 DAYS AFTER PURCHASING IT. So, I call the DOWC (the warranty company associated with US Auto sales) to have the car towed and sent to the partnership mechanic store they have with PEP BOYS on Decker BLVD (1 star rating coming for them too), DAYS go by, with 4 different things potentially wrong with this vehicle (pretty much the mechanics didn’t know what was wrong with the vehicle because it took them about 1week and a half to determine the “issue”.) So, I’m like alright I’ll be a patient adult and WAIT continuously because the manager told me do not worry about my payment, I ask about a Loaner car or rental car for the time being, and I was told no rental car can be talked about until PEP BOYS submitted a claim which they took so long to do because they could not determine the issue. Today, July 5 I am still without a car or a rental car. I called US Auto Sales this morning and the store manager that I have been working with, (who’s name is John) apparently went on a vacation and now I have to wait until July 8 or 9 until he returns because nobody else apparently will honor what John was honoring which was an exchange, or a full refund. Finally today, a claim was called in, and now I have to continue to wait carless, while this dealership still has my 1700 dollars… the manager in charge who's name I forgot proceeded to laugh on the phone and claimed that he understood what I was going through but put no effort in to help me with anything. I don’t know whats going to happen down the line, I’ll definitely keep you guys updated. Whether theres a positive solution or not, please don’t purchase a car at this location and please make sure these dealerships are updating the cars that they are rushing to sell. The fact that this is my FIRST time ever purchasing a car, let alone at a dealership who was spoken highly of to me, I am extremely disappointed, dissatisfied, and shocked that I am currently going through this with no solutions yet still. Very very bad. Id give a -1 star if I could. Disgusting.
