  This is the absolute worst bank I have ever come across. I basically have been passed around from person to person unable to get any resolution for 8 months now. I received a Zelle payment which is supposed to be money in minutes and they then put a hold on my account, closed my account, and then couldn't even tell me where my money was. I could not get a direct answer to any of my questions not a return call after being promised they would. Then in was told that I would have to wait 6 months before they would even be able to request the funds to be returned to me but that I would have to check back in 6 months because they will not be able to schedule a call back that far in advanced. I have spoken to over 50 different reps on numerous occasion, been placed on hold for over an hour at times and still no money. The only one I was told that cpuld helps me is the Branch manager Travis Huntsman which seems to be the worst at customer service I have ever seen. He won't return my calls that's if they ever would answer their phone and has told me on 3 different occasions that he would overnight me a check. Then I was sent to another branch over an hour away to have my funds recovered because they sent my info there. I was travelling back and forth just so they could tell me they have no idea what I was talking about and I should go back to the San Bernardino branch because they still have my money there. I am going to have to resort unfortunately to seek some legal advice on this matter because clearly they think it is okay to steal my money and put a lot of stress on me and steal my money and I can't believe that no one out of that whole big well known bank can just simply pay me what was mine or even have the decency to consider that I didn't do anything to deserve this and am truly wasting my time and energy so much that it is affecting my health and everyone around me who gets to witness my frustrations. I literally hate this bank with a passion.
