  I contacted US Claims based on recommendation after I had not heard back form another company for three weeks. Not only was everyone at US Claims very professional , I received funding in 5 days!!! This enables me to get a medical treatment and not having to suffer from pain 24/7 anymore! Absolutely amazing and a lifesaver!

  My experience with your company was not a good experience at all. One of the representatives by the name David at least that’s what he said his name was. Treated me very unprofessional to the point I had to ask my lawyer was this a legit company. If I didn’t need the funds under an emergency basis I would have not taken the loan from your company. The guy spoke to me like I was trash off the street applying for a loan. I am a very professional women and I was dealing with the death of my mother emotionally to talk to someone the way he did was uncalled for. I did appreciate that the supervisor Chad responded to my email promptly and apologize for the way I was treated. But I will not recommend this company to anyone I know. I would not want anyone to be treated or talked to like that.

  Matthew worked hard to get at least some of what I needed. I've been off of work for almost a year and I am disabled now. Hopefully what I got will get me to the next stage of my suit. Thanks again Matthew.
