Hello, I will like to say that this bank is the best. The customer service is great. They are very helpful and they will do anything to help you if you every have a problem they will do there best to help. I have be a member of this bank for 2 years and never had a problem. So if you don’t have a account be done on down to credit union on Broadway in the Ferderal Building and ask for Ms. Pam she will be very happy to help you. Your the best. I’ll never leave this bank. We are a team for life. Thanks Elisha

Worst customer service of ALL TIME!!! Just closed my account because of the extreme rudeness and lack of anything remotely coming close to customer service. The worst of all is Wendy. She should be fired. I’m appalled.

Hard to find not sure if its under construction

Jason, While most of Downtown Nashville is under construction, our Federal Building Branch is not. Just enter the Federal Building at 801 Broadway and ask the security guards to help you find the credit union. We don't have public parking at this branch, so if you need to park your car, please visit our Downtown Nashville Branch located just a mile down the road at 89 Hermitage Ave. (down 1st Avenue).
