  How can it be possible that our great nation has been sold out? Given away! After 20 years of being with this insurance company, now they will not even answer the phone in te United States. I have tried calling them several times but only reach people in Asia. People who cannot understand what you are even asking them. Not their fault, but they will never be able to relate in conversation with us because their culture is on the other side of the planet. Just because we can connect by telephone doesn't mean that we can can receive the service that we deserve as customers. Undoubtedly answering the phone from their hut in India or Pakistan? Only hearing echoes when they talk. Hearing everything from Chickens in the background to water running etc. I didn't sign up for this! I didn't purchase my insurance from one of these people. We will never consider doing business with this company again! Their customers come last! They have sold out this country for the love of money. Follow the money......

  I'd give zero stars if possible. Avoid this company at all costs. Customer service is terrible, and seems to be outsourced to a third party in India. They raised my premium 6-fold, so I cancelled the policy to a rep (in India) and with a followup letter. The still withdrew the new premium from my account. I again contacted them, they acknowledged the error, and promised a refund within 15 days. It never arrived. I called again, and they again acknowledged the error, and I was told a supervisor would contact me within 5 days to process the refund check. No one ever called, and the refund never arrived. Now have filed complaint with Better Business Bureau to try and move this forward. Do yourself a favor - get whatever services you are looking for elsewhere from a company that actually values, and doesn't take money unauthorized from, their customers.
