      After a series of bad events and 3 flat tires I found myself in need of a payday loan and quick. From the second I walked into USA Cash Services to the second I left, I had an amazing customer experience. Cynthia and Roxy (yes I made sure I got their names) were so helpful, informative, inviting, and extremely friendly. They had me in and out in a flash. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I came in stressed and left with a big smile. I'll be sure to come back again if I'm ever in another bind. 10 stars for customer service!

      If I could give this place no stars I would. The manager is rude, unfriendly, and incompetent. Sat with my 5 month old for 2 hours only to be told I’m not approved because she couldn’t verify my employment....I was there at 3 pm and she waited until after 5 to verify employment! DONT GO HERE!!!
