  I first applied online...I was called and was told that I would receive paperwork by E-maile; I was never told until today 11/10/20 that it may be in the Spam portion. So on Saturday 10/31/20 I expected paperwork that was to myself had never reached my email for some reason on the Company's end. After this incident I cancelled (over phone) ; still receiving calls. I called my file was available..the attempt to assist me made me uncomfortable. I accidentally called the USA payday loan & Title and was greeted and assisted immediately without the several transferring and multiple same questions asked!? Mrs Dorina Luna, manager at this store was helpful over the phone even when I went in..this made me Comfortable..even with mishaps.. Someone dropped the ball and it was alot of time wasted very disappointing but Mrs Luna stayed overtime and asked me to stay I wanted to leave?!! After 4-hours of waiting and contract signed, no Money Gram code ? Mrs Luna, went beyond and the Gentleman that assisted her. The store's employees (cashier-stayed & Security Officer) ....It did happen but not without Mrs Luna...I wish I could give her a raise..in person had the personal touch..Thank You, very much

  Called ahead of time to confirm that they were open and showed up 15 minutes prior to closing. The lady said they were closed. So maybe change your hours to 6:45 pm on a Saturday. Will not go back.
