  This is the sixth home my wife and I have purchased and no mortgage professional has done a better job than Brian Neary at communicating the closing documents; what we were signing, what the individual documents conveyed, amounts, dates... Brian does a great job of anticipating the important things buyers may not know and ensuring they are informed.

  We have just purchased a home in Cape Girardeau Missouri, our Mortgage Loan Originator was Scott Wensler. We appreciated Scott so much, we hadn’t purchased a home in over 30 years and things have changed, plus we were out of state which presented some challenges for us. Scott made himself available for our many questions, sometimes late in the evening and he was very knowledgeable! If there’s anyone looking to finance a home in Cape Girardeau, Scott would be a great choice to make, he sure made our whole process easy!
