  Warren Walker was wonderful to work with. We had a non-traditional property we were trying to buy that several other lenders refused to consider. Warren did not hesitate to say, "Let's try it." He regularly communicated with us through every baby step along the way. This is our first home purchase in over 20 years so we had lots of questions and Warren answered every one of them quickly and with great advice. We could not recommend Warren enough - especially to anyone that needs financing for a unique or challenging property. Thanks, Warren, for working so hard to help us!
