  From day one, Bryan was such an amazing help! As first time home buyers, this market is very intimidating. He kept us confident and calm through the entire process! He talked through every single step there was, explained the reasoning behind it, and what we needed to do to reach our ultimate goal, which was was to close a week early. Bryan was extremely responsive anytime I sent him a question, or needed to have a quick phone call, and continued to guide us every step of the way! He is extremely knowledgeable and again, gave us the confidence we needed as first time home buyers. I could go on and on about how awesome Bryan is, and from here on out, we will always use Bryan for any future home buying purchases. We will also recommended him to everyone we know who is looking to buy a home as well! Thanks Bryan for all your help!! 5 STAR Service!!!!!

  I would not recommend using this company if working with Mark Peterson and his colleagues for first time homebuyers I’m not sure if it was just too much pressure around this pandemic or if they had a lot going on but the whole experience was very negative for me and my family.

  Everyone involved in the loan process was great with customer service and timeliness. My situation started out very bad with a different lender but Mark, D’nis, and everyone involved in underwriting made sure that they took time to get the job done right while also keeping me informed. Because of their hard work we were able to close on the house before our daughter is born!
