  I wish I could have been like other reviews leaving a five star rating. I originally started working with Debbie Cobb due to all the positive reviews. However in my experience upon reaching out she was very fast in communicating. I’m assuming the minute she knew she couldn’t assist she completely just stopped responding. After we did the application submitted all documentation literally nothing. It wasn’t until I was put in touch with another loan originator at USA who has been amazing! He immediately jumped in to assist it was him that told us exactly what we needed to know. Rather you can help someone or not it’s really unprofessional to stop communicating after someone takes the time to submit lengthy documents.
