  I highly recommend Mario Vargas from USA Mortgage. He helped us understand the loan process and was patient with our many questions. He was quick to respond and helped us get ready to close early. He is detailed and knowledgeable and made a scary process easy for us. We trusted him with the biggest purchase of our lives and he continually proved himself from start to close. On top of that he’s just a great guy that we would love to work with again some day!

  We reached out to Mrs. Kay Sun Lee in September, 2020, for help in refinancing our home in Concord. We had some complications, and were rejected help from a few others already, but she kindly agreed to take us on. And from the start, she went above and beyond, as a mentor, and as an advocate for our family. She was transparent, followed up on all sides, and kept us informed and optimistic. It wasn't easy, but we finally made it, and we locked in an amazing rate thanks all to Mrs Lee! Highly recommended!
