  Matt Coker and team are an unstoppable lending machine. I was dealing with a 1031 exchange and financially, those aren’t the easiest. Matt and I (mostly Matt) worked together to get the numbers where they needed to be to meet the criteria needed for payouts, etc. Matt answered every phone call and text and truly had an answer for every question. When it came down to, the literal wire, he showed up. I live in Washington State and purchased an investment home in Florida and when I have friends who do the same, Matt will be my first referral to them.

  From start to finish this team is awesome! I am a native of Georgia and came to Florida looking to buy a home. I was on the Internet looking at houses at 12 o’clock at night and I hit on the application to fill it out and Matt immediately popped on and assistant me with everything that I needed to know about getting the application done.He was absolutely the best him and his team worked everyday on getting me into a home. I was living in an Airbnb at the time and they worked hard so that I could get into a home and out of that Airbnb. I would definitely recommend this team over and over and over again they are awesome. And it only took 28 days from start to finish until I was in My Home. He gave me an awesome realtor as well Nancy took me to see several houses and was very positive that we were going to find something quickly.. they all have such a positive attitude.
